Arcuro Medical LTD., a Trendlines Group portfolio company, was founded in Israel in 2013. Today, the company’s reach spans across the globe, with offices in both Israel and the United States.
Arcuro's founders have over 40 years of combined experience in developing and manufacturing minimally invasive orthopedic products, bringing medical devices from concept to market. During their tenure at T.A.G. Medical, Lee Ranon and Ran Oren established strong, strategic relationships with leading surgeons and global orthopedic companies through the launch of “game-changing” technologies currently sold worldwide.
Arcuro is expanding it’s established worldwide distribution network to introduce the SuperBall™ technology to healthcare professionals in every market.

JAMAL RUSHDY
CEO
Jamal Rushdy has over 28 years of medical device industry experience. As an executive and board member in public and private PE/VC-backed companies, Rushdy’s track record includes securing multiple financing events and achieving five successful exits for shareholders after building valuable businesses in companies ranging from less than $5 million to over $300 million. He most recently served as President and CEO of Collagen Solutions, a successful, high-growth, biomaterials and CDMO company.
Lee Ranon
COO and Co-Founder
Lee Ranon has 25+ years of medical device experience, leading the way from innovative concepts to exits. She has successfully launched numerous medical devices globally and has cultivated extensive orthopedic industry and surgeon relationships in her career. In addition to her role as Sales and Marketing Director at T.A.G. Medical Products, she has worked with major orthopedic players such as Johnson & Johnson, Smith and Nephew, Stryker, and Tornier.
Danny Leder
CFO
Danny Leder, CPA, B.A (Econ.), MBA (Finance & Insurance) has over 30 years of experience as CFO in several private and public companies, including two of the largest companies in Israel.
Eran Zakai
CTO
Eran Zakai has 10+ years of experience designing orthopedic and arthroscopic devices as a Design & Mechanical Engineer at T.A.G. Medical Products. Eran holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering in addition to 15+ years of experience in design and development, cultivating a vast knowledge of production efficiency technologies.

Philip Hamann has 18+ years of medical device sales & marketing experience, fostering surgeon relationships and an extensive expertise in the orthopedic industry. Prior to Arcuro, Philip spent 9 years with Arthrex as Latin America Manager and was VP of Ibero–America at AxioMed.
PHIL DAVIDSON, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Davidson is a practicing orthopedic surgeon with a particular interest in Cartilage Restoration, Joint Resurfacing and Meniscal Surgery. He has served as a consultant or director for an array of companies including large and small medical device firms, biomaterials, orthobiologic, tissue allograft and cell therapy companies and is the Founder and Medical Director of OSIC, a comprehensive medical clinic rendering care to accident victims in Utah, Washington and Idaho.

Vered Alon has 15+ years QA and RA management experience in the Medical Device field. She holds BSc Degree in Biotechnology Engineering from B.G. University.
Jonathan Harari
RA Manager
Jonathan Harari is an expert documentation specialist with 12+ years of experience in the medical device industry. In 2012, Jonathan Founded MedDocs-Israel to assist and support medical device companies with regulatory submissions. Jonathan has successfully worked on 100+ submissions of medical products for both CE and FDA certification.
Ran Oren
Co-Founder in Memoriam
Ran Oren (1956-2019) had 20+ years of medical device experience with successful prior exits, most recently as the Founder, CEO, and R&D Director of T.A.G. Medical Products. Ran invented, developed, and launched over 300 medical devices with 40 international patents issued and pending.
